Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Dapat Meningkatkan Perilaku Pemeriksaan Antenatal Care Terintegrasi

Abstract

Latar belakang :Pemeriksaan kehamilan (Antenatal Care) penting diketahui oleh ibu hamil karena dapat membantu mengurangi angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Kematian dan kesakitan ibu masih merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di negara berkembang. Angka Kematian Ibu di Indonesia yaitu 190 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Ibu hamil di anjurkan untuk melakukan pengawasan antenatal sedikitnya sebanyak 4 kali, yaitu satu kali pada trimester 1, satu kali pada trimester II , dan dua kali pada trimester III. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang pelayanan antenatal care terintegrasi Di Puskesmas Mlati II Sleman Yogyakarta.

Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis explanatory study. Pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan ibu hamil TM II dan TM III yang berjumlah 80 ibu hamil. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik Kendall's tau.

Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang pelayanan antenatal care terintegrasi Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.457 > α (0.05) dan nilai korelasi menunjukkan -0, 075. Sebagian besar responden merupakan ibu dengan tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Tentang Pelayanan Antenatal Care Terintegrasi kategori cukup .Hendaknya ibu hamil lebih rutin memeriksakan kehamilannya sesuai dengan konsep pelayanan antenatal care yang berkualitas sesuai standar 10T serta tenaga kesehatan lebih meningkatkan kualitas dalam memberikan pelayanan antenatal care terintegrasi dan lebih memberi motifasi ibu untuk lebih sering membaca buku KIA sehingga ibu dapat memahami informasi yang di dalam buku KIA.

ABSTRACT

Title : Knowledge of Pregnant Women Can Improve Behavior Integrated Antenatal Care Examination

 

Background: Pregnancy checks (Antenatal Care) are important for pregnant women to know because they can help reduce maternal and infant mortality. Maternal mortality and illness is still a serious health problem in developing countries. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is 190 per 100,000 live births. Pregnant women are advised to carry out antenatal supervision at least 4 times, namely once in the first trimester, once in the second trimester, and twice in the third trimester. The objective of the study was to investigate the correlation between knowledge and behavior of pregnant woman about integrated antenatal care checks in Health Centre Mlati II Sleman Yogyakarta.

Mathod: Quantitative research type explanatory study. The study uses a survey method with a cross sectional approach..Sample taking used purposive sampling with 80 pregnant women as the respondents. Kendall’s tau test was used to analyze the data.

Result: The result of the study showed that is no significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of pregnant women about integrated antenatal care services. The significance value is 0.457> α (0.05) and the correlation value shows -0, 075. Most of the respondents were pregnant mothers with knowledge about integrated antenatal care services. Enough categories of pregnancy. Pregnant women should check their pregnancies more regularly in accordance with the concept of quality antenatal care services in accordance with the 10T standard and improve quality in providing integrated antenatal care services. motivate mothers to read MCH books more often so that mothers can understand the information in the KIA book.
