Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juli 2021. Responden penelitian sebanyak 220 orang yang merupakan ibu dengan domisili di daerah pesisir Kota Semarang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terkait tingkat literasi terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19, aspek sumber daya, aspek motivasi, dan aspek sosial budaya. Hasil: Sebanyak 58,2% responden pada penelitian ini memiliki tingkat literasi vaksinasi COVID-19 sedang. Tingkat literasi pada ibu di daerah pesisir Kota Semarang tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor motivasi, sumber daya, dan sosial budaya (p=<0,05). Sedangkan faktor pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi literasi kesehatan vaksinasi COVID-19 secara signifikan. Simpulan: Perlu adanya dukungan sumber daya dan akses informasi kesehatan terkait vaksinasi COVID-19 yang memadai dari pemerintah, selain itu dukungan tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan peran lintas sektor juga diperlukan dalam penyebarluasan informasi terkait vaksinasi COVID-19. Nevertheless, there are many obstacles in the implementation, one of them is the rejection from the community that was caused by hoax and misinformation. The update and relevant information can be a challenge in a coastal area such as Semarang city. The role of women is very crucial to the success of the COVID-19 vaccination program. This research aims to identify the determinant factor related to COVID-19 vaccination literacy in the woman at the coastal area in Semarang City. Method: This research was quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach that was done from March until July 2021. The number of respondents was 220 respondents that including women that placed in the coastal area at Semarang City. Data were collected using a questionnaire related to COVID -19 vaccine literacy, resources, motivation, and social culture aspects. Result: In this research, 58,2% of respondents have enough literacy related to the COVID -19 vaccination. This literacy has been affected by motivation, resources, and social culture aspects (p=<0.05). Whereas, the education level wasn't affected the COVID -19 vaccination literacy significantly. Conclusion: The Government's support related to resources and health information access was needed. Besides that, support from the religion and public figure, also multi-stakeholder were needed to improve information access related to COVID-19 vaccination.
