Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 50 santriwati di SMK Syubbanul Wathon, Pondok Pesantren Api Asri, Tegalrejo, Magelang. Sampel secara purposive sampling . Data asupan energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, dan serat diambil dengan food record 2x24 jam dan Food Frequency Questionaires (FFQ). Status gizi dinilai berdasarkan indeks IMT/U (Indeks Massa Tubuh menurut Umur). Data dianalisis univariat dan bivariate menggunakan uji korelasi pearson. Hasil: Rata-rata asupan energi santriwati adalah 1312.71 ± 330.94 kcal; protein 42.26 ± 12.69 gram; karbohidrat 179.48 ± 53.63 gram; lemak 50.94 ± 1.80 gram; dan serat 6.89 ± 2.65 gram. Rata-rata santriwati memiliki status gizi normal menurut indeks IMT/U (0.38 ± 0.90). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan energi (p=0,115), asupan protein (p=0,823), asupan lemak (p=0,472), dan asupan serat (p=0,640) terhadap status gizi menurut IMT/U. Hanya asupan karbohidrat yang berhubungan terhadap status gizi menurut IMT/U (p=0,030, r= -0,306). Artinya, asupan karbohidrat dan status gizi berkorelasi negatif dengan kekuatan korelasi kategori lemah. The purpose of this study is to analyze the nutritional intake and nutritional status of santriwati with the Ngrowot fasting. Students who fast Ngrowot consume less food than those who do not fast, both in terms of quantity and quality, so this can affect their nutritional status. Method: This study was a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The study was conducted on 50 santriwati at SMK Syubbanul Wathon, Pondok Pesantren Api Asri, Tegalrejo, Magelang. Purposive sampling was used in this study. The energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat and fiber intake were obtained from 2x24 hours food record and Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ). Nutritional status was assessed based on the BMI for age (Body Mass Index for Age). Result: The average of energy intake was 1312.71 ± 330.94 kcal; protein 42.26 ± 12.69 grams; carbohydrate 179.48 ± 53.63 grams; fat 50.94 ± 1.80 grams; and fiber is 6.89 ± 2.65 grams. The average nutritional status of santriwati according to BMI for age was normal (0.38 ± 0.90). There was no correlation between energy intake (p = 0.115), protein intake (p = 0.823), fat intake (p = 0.472), and fiber intake (p = 0.640) with nutritional status according to BMI for age. Carbohydrate intake was related to nutritional status according to BMI for age (p = 0.030, r = -0.306). Carbohydrate intake and nutritional status are negatively correlated with the strength of the correlation in the weak category.
