Pada stasiun kerja pembuatan cetakan sand casting memiliki keluhan sakit yang paling tinggi, dengan gerakan jongkok dan membungkuk yang berulang selama 7 jam kerja perhari, dengan waktu kerja 6 hari dalam satu minggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui saran perbaikan mengurangi keluhan MSDs dan mengetahui hasil penilaian tingkat resiko cidera pada alat gerak tubuh. Metode: Penelitian ini melibatkan 43 responden pekerja bagian pembuatan cetakan dengan metodologi penelitian berupa analisis statistik menggunakan metode chi-square dengan variabel bebas score index (SI) yang diperoleh dari instrument job strain index (JSI) dan variabel terikat keluhan musculoskeletal disorders yang diperoleh dari kuisioner modifikasi standardized nordic quisionnare (SNQ) dan numerical rating scale (NRS). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat resiko cidera dengan MSDs alat gerak tubuh bagian leher dengan nilai p-value (0.002), bahu kanan (0,023), bahu kiri (0,023), pergelangan tangan kanan (0.003), pergelangan tangan kiri (0.001), pinggul kanan (0.023), pinggul kiri (0.006), punggung atas (0.001), punggung bawah (0.001), lutut kanan (0.002), lutut kiri (0.001), pergelangan kaki kanan (0.0034) dan pergelangan kaki kiri (0.023), hasil penilaian metode job strain index (JSI) paling mendominasi sebanyak 53% yaitu pada skala score index 3-7 pekerjaan menimbulkan resiko, sedangkan 47% mendapatkan hasil score index (SI) dengan skala >7 pekerjaan berbahaya. Simpulan: Perlu dilakukan investigasi lanjut dan perubahan pada pekerja bagian pembuatan cetakan sand casting serta edukasi terkait resiko bahaya bekerja dengan postur yang tidak baik dalam jangka waktu yang lama dan dilakukan berulang. The sand casting mold making work station had the highest complaints of pain, with repeated squatting and bending movements during 7 hours of work per day, with a working time of 6 days a week. The aim of this research is to find out suggestions for improvements to reduce MSDs complaints and to find out the results of assessing the level of risk of injury to body movement equipment. Method: This research involved 43 respondents who were workers in the mold making department with research methodology in the form of statistical analysis using the chi-square method with the independent variable score index (SI) obtained from the job strain index (JSI) instrument and the dependent variable musculoskeletal disorders complaints obtained from a modified standardized questionnaire. nordic questionnaire (SNQ) and numerical rating scale (NRS). Result: The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between the level of injury risk and the MSDs of the body's movement organs in the neck with a p-value (0.002), right shoulder (0.023), left shoulder (0.023), right wrist (0.003), left wrist (0.001 ), right hip (0.023), left hip (0.006), upper back (0.001), lower back (0.001), right knee (0.002), left knee (0.001), right ankle (0.0034) and left ankle (0.023 ), the results of the assessment of the job strain index (JSI) method dominate with 53%, namely on a score index scale of 3-7, jobs pose a risk, while 47% get score index (SI) results on a scale of >7 dangerous jobs. Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out further investigations and changes to workers in the sand casting mold making department as well as education regarding the dangers of working with poor posture for long periods of time and repeatedly.
