EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN KEWENANGAN SUPERBODY KOMISI PEMBERANTASAN KORUPSI

Abstract

Abstract

Corruption in this country is so massive, structured and systemic superbody requires agencies to eliminate them. Parasites corruption is not only fertile in the executive and legislative body, but also a severe outbreak in the law enforcement bodies such as the police, prosecution and judiciary. So was formed KPK authorized large (superbody) to eradicate corruption, but in reality the corruption remains unimpeded. The Commission does not have authority high effectiveness to uncover cases of corruption, especially relating to tort and abuse of authority.

Abstrak

Korupsi di negeri ini yang begitu masif, terstruktur, dan sistemik membutuhkan lembaga superbody untuk memberantasnya. Parasit korupsi bukan hanya subur di tubuh eksekutif dan legislatif, tetapi juga menjangkit parah dalam tubuh penegak hukum seperti kepolisian, kejaksaan, dan peradilan. Makanya dibentuk Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi yang diberi wewenang besar (superbody) untuk memberantas praktik korupsi, tetapi dalam realitasnya korupsi tetap jalan tanpa hambatan. Wewenang besar KPK belum memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi untuk mengungkap kasus korupsi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan perbuatan melawan hukum dan penyalahgunaan wewenang.
