A bstrak Korupsi di negeri ini yang begitu masif, terstruktur, dan sistemik membutuhkan lembaga superbody untuk memberantasnya. Parasit korupsi bukan hanya subur di tubuh eksekutif dan legislatif, tetapi juga menjangkit parah dalam tubuh penegak hukum seperti kepolisian, kejaksaan, dan peradilan. Makanya dibentuk Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi yang diberi wewenang besar (sup erbody) untuk memberantas praktik korupsi, tetapi dalam realitasnya korupsi tetap jalan tanpa hambatan. Wewenang besar KPK belum memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi untuk mengungkap kasus korupsi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan perbuatan melawan hukum dan penyalahgunaan wewenang. Abstrak
Korupsi di negeri ini yang begitu masif, terstruktur, dan sistemik membutuhkan lembaga superbody untuk memberantasnya. Parasit korupsi bukan hanya subur di tubuh eksekutif dan legislatif, tetapi juga menjangkit parah dalam tubuh penegak hukum seperti kepolisian, kejaksaan, dan peradilan. Makanya dibentuk Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi yang diberi wewenang besar (superbody) untuk memberantas praktik korupsi, tetapi dalam realitasnya korupsi tetap jalan tanpa hambatan. Wewenang besar KPK belum memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi untuk mengungkap kasus korupsi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan perbuatan melawan hukum dan penyalahgunaan wewenang.
