MENINJAU KEMBALI HUKUM DAN KEADILAN SOSIAL DALAM TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL

Abstract
Digital transformation presents opportunities and challenges for law and social justice due to the digital revolution thus requiring new regulations to overcome various problems. This study focuses on the need to rethink paradigms, theories and approaches to law and justice that have been debated and conceptualized in the realm of law in a current context and become the basis for the development of legal education and practices, especially with development of digital technology. This aims at answerjng how the process of interpreting law can become more relevant in the context of the development of digital technology. This article invites the development of imaginative critical thinking on law and social justice at the reality of digital technology.
