The majority of residents can be said to be decent enough to buy, or rent and inhabit outside the plice dormitory which has far better conditions than the police dormitory itself. This paper aims to determine the factors that make them stay at home to live there, even thought they can rent or buy more suitable home to live. The method used is mixing of qualitative methods and quantitative methods called mixed methods, and also look at the psychological and economic aspects of them.
