Kesiapan Ekonomi Cerdas Desa Mandiri dalam Mendukung Implementasi Desa Cerdas di Kabupaten Sanggau

Abstract

Pembangunan desa di Indonesia mengalami pergeseran paradigma menuju pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui konsep Desa Cerdas. Salah satu dimensi penting dalam mendukung implementasi Desa Cerdas adalah Ekonomi Cerdas yang berperan dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kesiapan Ekonomi Cerdas pada desa mandiri di Kabupaten Sanggau, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dalam mendukung implementasi Desa Cerdas. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deduktif dengan kombinasi analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis skoring. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dari 18 desa mandiri yang tersebar di enam kecamatan. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi fleksibilitas pasar tenaga kerja, keberadaan merek lokal, pangsa pasar produk, strategi pemasaran, produktivitas ekonomi masyarakat, serta jiwa kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kesiapan Ekonomi Cerdas pada desa mandiri di Kabuapten Sanggau berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Desa Menyabo memperoleh skor tertinggi (4,00) dengan kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan Desa Pana, Sungai Batu, dan Binjai berada paka kategori rendah. Mayoritas desa berada pada kategori tinggi dan sedang, yang menunjukan bahwa fondasi Ekonomi Cerdas telah terbentuk, meskipun masih terdapat kesenjangan antar desa. Penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, pengembangan merek lokal, serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran menjadi aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kesiapan Ekonomi Cerdas dan mendukung implementasi Desa Cerdas yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan
