Konsentrasi dekstrin, tween 80 serta interaksinya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengeringan busa. Penambahan dekstrin akan memperlambat laju pengeringan sedangkan penambahan tween 80 dan minyak kelapa dapat mempercepat laju pengeringan.
