The device utilizes an ESP32-S3 microcontroller to acquire data from four critical parameters: temperature (RTD PT100), rotation speed (E180-D80NK), vibration (GY-521), and acoustic signals (INMP441). Unlike conventional systems, SIGIIO implements a gateway-less architecture using a 2G cellular network via SIM900A for direct-to-cloud transmission. Sensor validation tests showed average errors of 6.48% for temperature and 5.04% for RPM, along with consistent vibration and acoustic data acquisition stored on an SD Card. Operational testing demonstrated a battery life of 5 hours and 40 minutes and an average data latency of 2 seconds. The results indicate that SIGIIO is an effective, portable, and cost-efficient solution for early fault detection. In conclusion, the device provides a reliable tool to support predictive maintenance strategies in smart manufacturing environments. }, issn = {2406-9620}, pages = {1--7} doi = {10.14710/rotasi.28.2.1-7}, url = {https://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/rotasi/article/view/83778} }
