Let q is the angle between an arbitrary vector in the k-dimensional sub space generated by k principal component of group A and the one most nearly vector in the sub space generated by k principal component of group B. The sum of squaresof cosines of angles between each of the k eigenvectors defining the principal component of A and each one of B can be used a measurement of similarity between two groups A and B.
