Penentuan Prioritas Kebijakan Kampus Hijau Berdasarkan Indikator UI GreenMetric

Abstract

Perubahan iklim mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk berperan aktif dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui konsep kampus hijau. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan prioritas kebijakan strategis di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) dengan mengadaptasi indikator UI GreenMetric pada level fakultas. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menentukan bobot sub-kriteria berdasarkan penilaian ahli. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kategori energi dan perubahan iklim menempati prioritas utama, dengan indikator jumlah sumber energi terbarukan di kampus (A2) memperoleh bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,28. Faktor ini diikuti oleh rasio produksi energi terbarukan terhadap penggunaan energi tahunan (A4) dengan bobot 0,22. Pada kategori limbah, prioritas utama terdapat pada program pengurangan penggunaan kertas dan plastik (B1) dengan bobot 0,38, diikuti pengelolaan limbah organik (B2) dengan bobot 0,37. Sementara itu, pada kategori air, prioritas tertinggi terdapat pada program konservasi air (C3) dengan bobot 0,75, diikuti penerapan perangkat hemat air (C2) sebagai alternatif pendukung implementasi konservasi air kampus. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan UI GreenMetric di lingkup fakultas, yang sebelumnya umumnya dilakukan di level universitas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan kebijakan dan penyusunan prioritas program keberlanjutan di Fakultas Teknik UMS, khususnya dalam pengembangan energi terbarukan, pengelolaan limbah, dan konservasi air secara lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan.
