Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gondokusuman, Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Observasional analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 106 Ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adalah sebagian besar (67,9%) responden memiliki niat yang rendah untuk memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan (nilai p<0,05) dengan niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif adalah pendidikan responden (nilai p=0,000), pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif (nilai p=0,000), sikap terhadap ASI eksklusif (nilai p=0,000), norma-norma penting terkait pemberian ASI Eksklusif (nilai p=0,002), dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (nilai p=0,000). Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif yaitu dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai OR yaitu 10,543. The bivariate analysis results on the variables associated (p value<0,05) with pregnant woman intention to exclusive breastfeding were education (p value =0,000), knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding (p value =0,000), attitude toward exclusive breastfeeding (p value =0,000), importance norm toward exclusive breastfeeding (p value =0,002), and health employees support (p value 0,000). The results of logistic regression test showed that the most influenced variable of pregnant woman intention to exclusive breastfeeding was health employees support with OR value was 10,543.
