Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas (53responden) pengetahuan ibu baik (84,1%) dan pelaksanaan mencapai 44 responden (69,8%.). Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang “toilet training” dengan implementasi “toilet training” pada anak-anak usia 18 – 36 bulan di Play Group Bunga Bangsa Semarang dengan nilai rho = 0,288 dan p-value = 0,022. ABSTRACT Mother’s knowledge about toilet training and toilet training practice in children aged 18- 36 months; Toilet training in children is an important capital to train children in the control of urination and defecation. Children do the activity the child will learn the anatomy of his body and its functions. Success or failure in toddler toilet training depends on the mother’s knowledge execution. This research was observational and survey methods using cross sectional technique. The population in this study was mothers who had children aged 18-36 months in the “Play Group Bunga Bangsa Semarang”. Data collected by questionnaire and then spreads analyzed with univariate and bivariate used rank spearman test. Results Univariate analysis showed that the majority of mother’s level of knowledge about toilet training in both categories as many as 53 respondents (84.1%) and the majority of execution in both categories of 44 respondents (69.8%).
