Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan memahami konsep Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) untuk pustakawan melalui Personal Knowledge Base (PKB) dan Second Brain, serta penerapannya melalui penggunaan Zotero dan Obsidian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, kajian pustaka, dan partisipasi aktif dengan praktik. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PKM merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengelola dan menyimpan informasi dan pengetahuan yang berguna bagi pustakawan. Kelebihan menggunakan Zotero dan Obsidian sebagai alat bantu PKM adalah mempermudah proses pengelolaan dan akses informasi yang tersimpan, sehingga mempermudah pustakawan dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya.
