The global trend was comparatively declining from the previous two years (2021 and 2022). International Journal of Impotence Research (568 papers) owned the highest number of publications. A.L. Burnett (41 papers) was the top most productive author, and T. F. Lue had the largest number of citations (842 citations) during the past decades. USA was the leading contributor in this field, with 668 articles. Active cooperation between countries and between institutions was observed. The main keywords and exciting topics research related to ED were frontiers to physical activity, quality of life, and oxidative stress. Conclusion: Global trend of research on ED in people with diabetes increased up to 2020 and decreased in 2021 and 2022.
