Sebelum digunakan uji efikasi, formula insektisida cair diencerkan 10 kali dengan pelarut adthiner. Uji efikasi menunjukkan bahwa semua hewan uji tersebut 90% mati pada dosis 0,250 cc/L sehingga disimpulkan bahwa dosis yang terbaik untuk digunakan pada foging adalah 0,250 cc/ L. The present work was aimed to do the effication test of insecticide formulation of organophosphate and carbamate on vector of DBD. Insecticide formulation were consisted of 17 % propoxure, 3 % Malathion, 13 % agrisol, 7 % DBS, 55 % Xyline, and 5 % additive (% weight).
