Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis Kepatuhan Perawat dalam Penerapan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) COVID-19 di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Kabupaten Klaten. Metode: Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposif. Subjek dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling . Informan utama terdiri dari Kepala Ruang dan IPCLN. Informan triangulasi terdiri dari Ketua Komite PPIRS, IPCN, dan Eks Pasien COVID-19. Aspek yang dianalisis terdiri dari Konformitas, Penerimaan, Ketaatan, Ketepatan Waktu Penyelesaian Pekerjaan, Menjalankan Prosedur Kerja dan Menggunakan Peralatan dengan Baik. Hasil: Praktik pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 oleh perawat dipengaruhi oleh pihak eksternal melalui monitoring dan evaluasi. Perawat menerima kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 karena adanya edukasi dan pelatihan. Kebersihan tangan dan praktik menyuntik belum sesuai SOP yang ada. Dalam menyelesaikan dokumentasi sering terlambat. Terdapat hambatan dalam menjalankan prosedur pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19. Praktik penggunaan alat pelindung diri sudah sesuai dengan aturan. Simpulan : Kepatuhan perawat dalam menerapkan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 di rumah sakit belum sepenuhnya dijalankan secara maksimal terutama pada aspek ketaatan dan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan. Soeradji Tirtonegoro, Klaten Regency. 38 nurses were exposed to COVID-19 in the January-February 2021 range. The analyzed aspects consist of conformity, acceptance, obedience, punctuality in completing work, carrying out work procedures, and using equipment properly . Result: The practice of preventing and controlling COVID-19 infection by nurses is influenced by external parties through monitoring and evaluation. Nurses accept policies related to the prevention and control of COVID-19 infection due to education and training. Hand hygiene and injecting practices are not followed with existing SOPs. Completing the documentation is often late. There are obstacles in carrying out COVID-19 infection prevention and control procedures. The practice of using personal protective equipment by following the rules.
