Pada penelitian ini yang akan dibahas yaitu mengenai hubungan beban kerja mental dan work-family conflict terhadap stres kerja di kantor BPKPD Kota Salatiga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis hubungan beban kerja mental dan work-family conflict terhadap stres kerja pada pegawai di kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Kota Salatiga. Metode : Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, yaitu metode yang mengambil data dalam bentuk angka dan data yang diambil dalam jumlah yang banyak. Dan untuk analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan uji analisis chi-square . Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pegawai kantor BPKPD Kota Salatiga mengalami stres kerja derajat sedang, beban kerja mental kategori sedang, dan work-family conflict skala sangat rendah. Hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan dengan uji chi-square menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 (< 0,05) yang diartikan bahwa Ho ditolak, sehingga ada hubungan antara beban kerja mental terhadap stres kerja pada pegawai kantor BPKPD Kota Salatiga. Hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan dengan chi-square menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.466 (>0.05) yang artinya Ho diterima, sehingga tidak ada hubungan antara work-family conflict terhadap stres kerja pada pegawai kantor BPKPD Kota Salatiga. Simpulan : Pegawai kantor BPKPD Kota Salatiga mengalami beban kerja mental kategori sedang. Kemudian, pegawai juga mengalami work-family conflict skala sangat rendah. Selain itu juga mengalami stres kerja derajat sedang. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja mental terhadap stres kerja dan tidak ada hubungan antara work-family conflict terhadap stres kerja. There are several factors such as environmental factors (one of which is workload), organization and individuals (one of which is work-family conflict). In this study, what will be discussed is the relationship between mental workload and work-family conflict on work stress at the BPKPD office in Salatiga City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between mental workload and work-family conflict on work stress in employees at the Salatiga City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency (BPKPD) office. Method : This research method is quantitative, namely a method that takes data in the form of numbers and data taken in large quantities. And for the analysis using the chi-square test analysis. Result : Based on the results of the study, it was found that employees of the Salatiga City BPKPD office experienced moderate degree of work stress, moderate category of mental workload, and very low scale of work-family conflict. The results of statistical tests carried out using the chi-square test showed a significance value of 0.003 (<0.05) which meant that Ho was rejected, so there was relationship between mental workload and work stress in the Salatiga City BPKPD office employees. The results of the statistical test conducted by chi-square showed a significance value of 0.466 (> 0.05), which means that Ho was accepted, so there was no relationship between work-family conflict and work stress in the Salatiga City BPKPD office employees. Conclusion : Officials of the BPKPD Municipality of Salatiga suffered a moderate level of mental workload. Later, employees also experienced a very low level of work-family conflict. In addition, they also experienced moderate degree of work stress. From the results of the research it was found that there was a relationship between mental work load to work stress and there was no relationship between work- family conflict to job stress.
