Sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu pelaksanaan deteksi dini Covid-19. The aim of this research is analyze factors related for early detection implementation of COVID-19 at the airport by Yogyakarta Class IV Port Health officers. Method: This research using analytical observational method with cross sectional approach. Independent variables include age, gender, education, working period, knowledge, attitude, infrastructure availability , training attended, applicable regulation, support from head office and work colleague. Dependent variable was early detection of Covid-19. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed univariately and bivariately with Chi-square statistical analysis (degree of significance alpha=0.05). Result: Implementation of COVID-19 early detection at the airport by Yogyakarta Class IV Port Health officers was mostly poor (55.0%). There was a significant relationship between knowledge ( p= 0.002), attitude ( p< 0.0 1 ), infrastructure availability ( p< 0.0 1 ), training attended ( p= 0.013) and support from head office ( p= 0.011) with the early detection implementation of COVID-19 at the airport, while age ( p= 0.073 ), gender ( p= 0.585), education level ( p= 0.759), length of service ( p= 0.998), socialization of applicable regulations ( p= 0.054) and co-worker support ( p= 0.998) did not have a significant relationship. Conclusion : T here was a relationship between knowledge, attitude, infrastructure availability, training attended, and support from head office with the early detection implementation of COVID-19 at the airport by Yogyakarta Class IV Port Health officers.
