Abstract

ABSTRACT

Islamic law is often misinterpreted and misunderstood by most people. Islamic law is considered incapable of giving a satisfactory answer to the question of human modernity. An approach to understanding Islamic law is very important in understanding the law itself. Then the required breakthroughs in understanding and interpret a shift in the orientation of the text is an absolute revelation, sacred to the essential esoteric context.

Abstrak

Hukum Islam sering disalahartikan dan disalahpahami oleh sebagian orang. Hukum Islam dianggap tidak mampu memberikan jawaban yang memuaskan  atas persoalan kemodernan umat manusia. Sebuah pendekatan dalam memahami hukum Islam sangat penting dalam memahami hukum itu sendiri. Maka dibutuhkan terobosan pemahaman dan pergeseran orientasi dalam memaknai sebuah teks wahyu  yang absolut- suci menuju konteks yang esensial esoterik.
