The question types forwarded by the investigator to the witness would be different from the questions forwarded to the suspect. Similarly, responses by the witness or the suspect toward the questions were different from each other, depending on their interpretation. The data were collected from the investigative interview in the two different cases at the time of taking BAP (Minutes of the Invesitgation). For the cases of fraud and embezzlement, of 113 questions the majority were open questions (61.9%) and the minority close questions (38.1%). Similarly, for the case of dump truck robbing, of 216 questions the majority were open questions (83.4%) and the minority close questions (16.6%). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tipe pertanyaan, respon dan praanggapan yang muncul dalam proses interviu investigatif. Tipe pertanyaan yang diajukan penyidik terhadap terperiksa (saksi) akan berbeda dari apa yang ditanyakan pada terperiksa (tersangka). Begitupun respon yang diberikan oleh terperiksa terhadap pertanyaan tersebut berbeda tergantung pada penafsiran yang ada dalam pikiran mereka. Data diperoleh dari hasil transkripsi interviu investigatif dua kasus berbeda pada saat pengambilan BAP. Untuk kasus tindak pidana penipuan dan penggelapan, dari 113 pertanyaan sebagian besar berupa pertanyaan terbuka (61.9%%) dan sebagian kecil pertanyaan tertutup (38.1%%). Demikian juga untuk kasus tindak pidana pencurian mobil dump truck, dari 216 pertanyaan sebagian besar berupa pertanyaan terbuka (83.4%) dan sebagian kecil pertanyaan tertutup (16.6%). }, issn = {23380683}, pages = {38--53} doi = {10.14710/parole.v4i1 April.38-53}, url = {https://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/parole/article/view/6861} }
