Pemodelan Waktu Tempuh Perjalanan Komuter di Kota Bandung: Faktor Sosial Ekonomi, Kepuasan Tempat Tinggal, dan Moda Transportasi

Abstract
Kota Bandung menempati urutan ke-14 kota termacet di Asia dan pertama di Indonesia berdasarkan laporan Asian Development Outlook 2019. Ketidaksesuaian antara lokasi tempat tinggal dan tempat kerja, serta keterbatasan angkutan umum, telah menyebabkan tingginya kepemilikan kendaraan pribadi dan tingginya mobilitas penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tempuh perjalanan komuter di Kota Bandung dengan mempertimbangkan faktor sosial ekonomi, kepuasan tempat tinggal, dan pilihan moda transportasi. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara daring kepada 282 responden, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh variabel yang signifikan memengaruhi waktu tempuh perjalanan, yaitu jarak, pilihan moda transportasi (kendaraan pribadi dan transportasi online), biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, kepuasan terhadap kedekatan tempat tinggal, serta kepuasan terhadap keamanan dan kenyamanan tempat tinggal. Moda transportasi online memiliki waktu tempuh tercepat dibandingkan kendaraan pribadi dan angkutan umum, sementara pengguna dengan pendapatan lebih tinggi cenderung tinggal lebih jauh dari tempat kerja demi kenyamanan dan keamanan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan angkutan umum yang terintegrasi, terjangkau, dan memiliki konektivitas tinggi untuk mendukung mobilitas perkotaan yang berkelanjutan di Kota Bandung.
