Testing result by using multiple linear regression shows the influential of motivation towards employee performance in PT. Randugarut Plastic Indonesia.The interaction between motivation towards employee performance with organization culture as variable moderating shows that motivation influenced employee performance. By those finding the recommendation for company are increasing employee motivation, paying attention for employee safe taste in work, or company can give team cooperation in work, give free employee innovates in work in PT.
