ANALISIS DAN PENGELOLAAN RISIKO PADA PROSES PRODUKSI PANEL LISTRIK MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN FAILURE MODE AND EFFECTS ANALYSIS DAN FAULT TREE ANALYSIS

Manajemen risiko berperan penting untuk meminimalkan dampak risiko yang dihadapi oleh suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Manajemen risiko yang komprehensif sangat diperlukan pada perusahaan manufaktur pembuatan panel listrik yang memiliki potensi risiko besar. Mengingat belum adanya analisis risiko di bidang ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menyusun pengelolaan risiko yang komprehensif berdasarkan aktivitas proses produksi panel listrik di sebuah studi kasus PT X dengan mengkombinasikan pendekatan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). FTA bersama dengan kerangka IDEF0 digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko, sementara FMEA digunakan untuk menilai risiko berdasarkan factor severity, occurance, dan detection. Penelitian ini menghasilkan identifikasi 192 risiko yang kemudian digolongkan menjadi 30% high risk, 69% medium risk, dan 1% low risk. Berdasarkan penentuan prioritas risiko dengan konsep Pareto, penelitian ini menyusun rekomendasi upaya penanganan risiko prioritas yang terdiri dari avoiding, mitigating, transferring, dan accepting risk. Kombinasi pendekatan FMEA, FTA, dan IDEF0 telah berhasil membantu proses analisis dan penyusunan pengelolaan risiko dengan lebih jelas dan komprehensif. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi perusahaan lain di industri sejenis untuk mengevaluasi, memperbaiki maupun menyusun pengelolaan risiko.

 

Abstract

[Risk Analysis and Management in the Electrical Panel Production Process Using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis Approaches] Risk management is important in minimizing the impact of risks a company faces in achieving its goals. Comprehensive risk management is essential for electrical panel manufacturing companies that have high potential risks. Given the absence of risk analysis in this field, this study aims to analyze and develop comprehensive risk management based on electrical panel production process activities in a case study of PT X by combining the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) approaches. FTA and the IDEF0 framework are used to identify risks, while FMEA is used to assess risks based on severity, occurrence, and detection factors. This study identified 192 risks, which were then classified into 30% high risk, 69% medium risk, and 1% low risk. Based on determining risk priorities with the Pareto concept, this study developed recommendations for priority risk management efforts including avoiding, mitigating, transferring, and accepting risk. The combination of FMEA, FTA, and IDEF0 approaches has succeeded in helping the process of analyzing and compiling risk management more clearly and comprehensively. This study can be a basis for other companies in similar industries to evaluate, improve, and compile risk management.
