The objectives of this research were to describe the knowledge and attitude of students related to adolescent reproductive health (ARH) and assessment on ARH education in school curriculum. This study is a cross-sectional survey, employing a self-administered questionnaire. Multistage sampling design was used to sample 253 students from 3 Senior High Schools in Semarang. The results show that more than half (54%) of female students and 49% of male students have good knowledge about ARH. The mean score of student’s ARH knowledge proved to be statistically different between curricula: between intra-curriculum and extra-curriculum, and intra-curriculum and more-than-1-type of curriculum. Attitude toward sexual permissiveness was found to be moderately permissive both in male students (86%) and female students (70%). Significant factors that affected sexual attitude were gender, and the education level of the father. The student’s perception relater ARHE found that Intra-curriculum is more supportive than other curricula. The findings suggest that improving ARH education by integrating it with intra-curriculum is a good strategy for ARH education.
