Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research, menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional, besar sampel 267 siswa. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar pemanfaatan Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info Kesehatan Remaja baik ( 52,1 % ). Variabel yang berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info Kesehatan Remaja adalah pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi peran guru UKS , persepsi sosialisasi , persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahaan penggunaan. Variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Pemanfaatan Buku Kesehatan Remaja dan Buku Info Kesehatan Remaja adalah Persepsi tentang Peran Guru UKS dengan OR=18,517 dan Persepsi tentang Sosialisasi buku kesehatan remaja dengan OR=5,622.
