Hasil penelitian semua informan rutin memanfaatkan layanan metadon dengan datang langsung ke puskesmas, memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang layanan metadon, bersikap positif terhadap layanan metadon di puskesmas, akses terhadap layanan metadon mudah, tersedia ruangan yg khusus bagi klien metadon, Semua informan menyatakan membutuhkan layanan metadon didasarkan karena ingin berhenti dari penggunaan napza. Methadone is a form of harm reduction drug to HIV and AIDS in IDUs. The purpose of this study to examine the use of services by IDUs in health centers metodon Gedongtengen. Design research with a qualitative approach, sampling with purposive sampling, informants consisted of four people. Data collection with in-depth interviews, analysis of the data by the method of thematic content analysis. The results all informants routinely utilize methadone to come directly to the clinic, have less knowledge about methadone, methadone positive attitude toward service in health centers, easy access to methadone services, special elbow room available for methadone clients, All informants stated need of methadone based because they want to quit drug use.
