Dinas Kesehatan bersama dengan Graha Mitra mengadakan layanan IMS Mobile untuk pemandu karaoke dengan tujuan memperluas jangkauan pelayanan. Namun kunjungan terhadap layanan ini masih sangat rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pemanfaatan layanan IMS mobile dalam pencegahan IMS dan HIV-AIDS oleh pemandu karaoke. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan pengumpulan data dilakukan kepada 35 pemandu karaoke. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 62,9 % responden tidak memanfaatkan layanan IMS mobile. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan variabel pengetahuan IMS, sikap dan kebutuhan layanan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pemanfaatan layanan IMS mobile. Sedangkan dari hasil multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel kebutuhan layanan adalah variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan layanan IMS mobile. Health Department along with Graha Mitra hold STI Mobile for karaoke guide with the purpose of expanding the range of services . But a visit to the service is still very low . This study aims to analyze the utilization of STI mobile services in the prevention of STI and HIV - AIDS by guiding karaoke .It was quantitative methods with cross-sectional approach. and data was collected for 35 karaoke guides. Results showed that 62,9 % of respondents never used STI mobile services. Results of bivariate analysis showed variable knowledge of STI, attitudes and needs of the service had a significant association with the utilization of STI mobile services.
