Penelitian ini merupakan Explanatory research dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berusia 18-24 tahun dari tujuh perguruan tinggi di Kota Pekalongan dengan jumlah 362 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel proporsional stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 11,9% mengaku melakukan perilaku seksual pranikah berisiko terhadap KTD. 18,6% mahasiswa laki-laki dan 5,8% mahasiswa perempuan memiliki perilaku seksual pranikah berisiko KTD. Analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square menunjukkan ada sepuluh variabel yang secara signifikan berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual pranikah mahasiswa yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, religiusitas, aktivitas di waktu luang, sikap terhadap seksualitas, efikasi diri, sikap terhadap perkawinan dan kehidupan berkeluarga, akses media pornografi, sikap teman sebaya dan kontrol orang tua. Hasil uji regresi logistik, diperoleh variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi perilaku seksual pranikah berisiko KTD yaitu sikap terhadap seksualitas dan efikasi diri. It can generate some consequences like unwanted pregnancy, abortion, sexually transmitted disease even HIV/AIDS. This study was explanatory research using Cross-sectional approach. The samples of this research were students college of adolescence (18-24 years old) from seven colleges in Pekalongan city of 362 students. The sample was taken using proportional stratified random sampling. This research shows that pre-marital sexual 11,9% has a risky toward unwanted pregnancy, which are 18,6% of male students and 5,8% of female students have a premarital sexual behavior that risk unwanted pregnancy. The bivariate analysis result using chi square test indicate that there are ten variables significantly correlate to college student premarital sexual behavior, namely age, sex, religiosity, spare time activities, attitudes of sexuality, self efficacy, marriage and family life’s attitudes, pornography media access, peers’ attitudes and parents’ control towards pre-marital sexual behaviors to unwanted pregnancy. From the logistic regression test result, the dominant variables influencing unwanted pregnancy risk premarital sexual behavior are attitude of sexuality and self efficacy.
