Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah bidan Puskesmas dan suami dari wanita perokok, respondennya adalah wanita perokok. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sementara sampel dengan maximum variation sampling dan snowball sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan keluarga, hubungan sosial dan keinginan mencoba hal baru membuat wanita merokok. Dalam sehari, responden mengkonsumsi rokok 3 batang hingga 1 atau 2 bungkus rokok. Pengetahuan perokok wanita tentang kesehatan reproduksi cukup luas, namun sikap mereka dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi masih kurang karena mereka berhenti merokok hanya selama kehamilan dan menyusui. Setelah itu, mereka akan merokok lagi. Selain itu, beberapa responden tidak memiliki kesadaran untuk memeriksakan kesehatan reproduksi ke dokter secara rutin.Kata Kunci : perokok wanita, perilaku kesehatan reproduksi ABSTRACT Many behavior factors have negative consequences for female reproductive health, one of them is smoking. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were midwife health centre and the smoking women’s husbands, and the respondents were smoking women. The techniques of collecting data were through observation, interview and documentation while sampling with maximum variation sampling and snowball sampling technique. Analysis of data using interactive analysis that includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result shows that the factors of family environment, social intercourse and the desire to try novelties make the women smoking. In a day, respondents consume 3 stalks to 1 or 2 cigarette packages. The smoking women’s knowledge about reproductive health is sufficiently extensive, but their attitude in maintaining their reproductive health is poor because they stop smoking only during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Thereafter, they will return to their smoking habit. In addition, some respondents has no awareness of having doctor examined their reproductive health routinely.
