Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dankuesioner terstruktur dengan jumlah sampel 59 orang perawat gigi yang bekerja diPuskesmas. Perilaku perawat gigi yang kurang baik sebanyak 33.9%. Variabel yangberhubungan dengan perilaku perawat gigi adalah pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan kepalapuskesmas, dukungan kepala sekolah, dukungan dokter gigi dan sarana prasarana. Variabelyang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku perawat gigi dalam pelaksanaan program usahakesehatan gigi sekolah (UKGS) adalah sarana prasarana.Kata Kunci : Perawat gigi, Perilaku, UKGS The behavior of dental nurses in the implementation of the program UKGS in Pontianak;Dental nurses, as the excecutor in the activities of micro-management in dental health care services,especially business school dental health activities of planning, implementation ( promotive, preventive,curative and referral) monitoring and evaluation.The purpose of this study was to determine thefactors analysis of the factors that influence the behavior of dental nurse in the implementation ofprogram in the city of Pontianak UKGS. Explanatory research is research with cross sectionalapproach.The result showed that 33.9% of responden behave less well on the implementation of theprogram UKGS.
