Pengambilandata dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi dengan jumlah sampel 87 petugas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Petugas penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat dalampraktek promosi kesehatan di DKK Pati adalah termasuk kurang yaitu sebesar 56,3% dan yangmempunyai kinerja baik hanya 43,7%, Variabel yang berhubungan langsung dengan kinerjapetugas penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat adalah adalah tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan,pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan kepemimpinan. Variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerjaPetugas penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat yaitu tingkat pendidikan.
