Abstract

Kata kunci yang digunakan “Sistem Informasi AND Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja OR Kecelakaan Kerja OR Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun OR Penyakit Akibat Kerja OR Inspeksi K3 OR Keselamatan Pasien AND Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan OR Rumah Sakit OR Puskesmas” ditemukan sejumlah 1.761 artikel dan 7 artikel yang disertakan dalam studi.

ABSTRACT
Title: Development of OHS Information System at Hospital and Health Center in Indonesia: Systematic Literature Review

Background: The development of an occupational health and safety (OHS) information system can assist in reporting, recording, monitoring incidents, and as a decision support system. The purpose of this study is to review how features in the occupational health and safety information system in health care facilities include hospitals and health centers.
Method: The research design was a narrative review. The method of searching articles from databases such as GoogleScholar, Scopus, Dimension and Base. The keywords used were "Information System AND Occupational Health and Safety OR Occupational Accident OR Hazardous and Toxic Material OR Occupational Disease OR OHS Inspection OR Patient Safety AND Health Care Facility OR Hospital OR Health Center" and 1,761 articles were found and 7 articles were included in the study.
Result: The research results of most articles focused on OHS information systems in hospitals and health centers with features including work accidents, hazardous and toxic materials, occupational diseases, patient safety, OHS activities and fire inspections in hospitals and health centers. Hospitals and health centers should develop OHS information systems that not only focus on recording and reporting but can also help collect data that can be used as an effort to prevent occupational health and safety incidents and used as a decision support system and evaluation of OHS programs.
Conclusion: the OHS information system provides the benefits of speed and ease of OHS reporting. The weaknesses of the OHS information system have not been integrated and have not been used as a decision support system.
