The research method used is normative research. The result of the discussion of this article is that the collateral right imposition agreement is set out in the form of a Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights (APHT) drawn up by PPAT as the authorized official. Application for HT-el repair is submitted through the HT-el System no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date the HT-el Certificate is issued. The conclusion of this article is the role of PPAT in registering electronic-based Mortgage Rights, namely by making APHT and submitting deeds and documents that are complete requirements in the form of registration of Mortgage Rights through an electronic system of partners that are integrated with the HT-el system. HT-el is no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date the HT-el Certificate is issued. Keywords: bank; land deed official ; mortgage right Abstrak Semakin berkembangnya teknologi maka pendaftaran Hak Tnaggungan dilakukan secara elektronik, PPAT berperan dalam pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan Elektronik. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui peran PPAT dalam pendaftaran jaminan Hak Tanggungan Berbasis Elektronik dan mengetahui cara memperbaiki Hak Tanggungan Elektronik yang sudah diterbitkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian normatif. Hasil pembahasan artikel ini yaitu Perjanjian pembebanan hak tanggungan dituangkan dalam bentuk Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan (APHT) yang dibuat oleh PPAT selaku pejabat berwenang. Permohonan perbaikan HT-el diajukan melalui Sistem HT-el paling lama 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak tanggal Sertipikat HT-el diterbitkan. Simpulan dari artikel ini adalah peran PPAT dalam melakukan pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan berbasis elektronik yaitu dengan pembuatan APHT dan menyampaikan akta dan dokumen kelengkapan persyaratan berupa pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan melalui sistem elektronik mitra kerja yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem HT-el, Permohonan perbaikan HT-el diajukan melalui Sistem HT-el paling lama 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak tanggal Sertipikat HT-el diterbitkan.
