Current1y, the registration of business entities is based on Permenkumham No. 17 of 2018 is carried out on1ine through the SABU system, not through the District Court. The purpose of writing this journa1 is to determine the effectiveness of the imp1ementation of business entity registration based on Permenkumham 17/2018 and the obstac1es that hinder the imp1ementation of on1ine business entity registration. The research method used is normative research. The resu1ts of the discussion of this journa1 show that the imp1ementation of business entity registration according to Permenkumham 17/2018 is more effective in terms of time and power compared to the imp1ementation of business entity registration in accordance with Artic1e 23 of the KUHD and in the imp1ementation of on1ine business entity registration there are sti11 obstac1es, name1y the system that sometimes errors and 1ack of pub1ic know1edge re1ated to the system and on1ine registration process at SABU or OSS. The conc1usion from this journa1 is that the imp1ementation of business entity registration through the SABU system is more effective and there are obstac1es that hinder the imp1ementation of the on1ine business entity registration process.

Saat ini pendaftaran Badan Usaha berdasarkan Permenkumham No. 17 Tahun 2018 di1aksanakan secara on1ine me1a1ui sistem SABU tidak 1agi me1a1ui Pengadi1an Negeri. Tujuan dari penu1isan jurna1 ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ke efektifan pe1aksanaan pendaftaran badan usaha berdasarkan Permenkumham 17/2018 dan kenda1a yang menghambat pe1aksanaan pendaftaran badan usaha on1ine. Metode pene1itian yang digunakan yaitu pene1itian normatif. Hasi1 pembahasan jurna1 ini bahwa pe1aksanaan pendaftaran badan usaha menurut Permenkumham 17/2018 1ebih efektif dari segi waktu dan tenaga dibandingkan dengan pe1aksanaan pendaftaran badan usaha sesuai Pasa1 23 KUHD dan da1am pe1aksanaan pendaftaran badan usaha on1ine masih terdapat kenda1a yaitu sistem yang kadang eror dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat terkait sistem dan proses pendaftaran on1ine di SABU ataupun OSS. Simpu1an dari jurna1 ini yaitu pe1aksanaan pendaftaran Badan Usaha me1a1ui sistem SABU 1ebih efektif dan terdapat kenda1a yang menghambat pe1aksanaan proses pendaftaran badan usaha secara on1ine.
