Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic which affects public services in almost all sectors including services at the National Land Agency (BPN) BPN Sragen Regency; The purpose of this study is to find out about: the implementation of land registration services at the Sragen Regency BPN Office during the COVID-19 pandemic and assistance carried out by the management at BPN during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method of the research used in this research is normative juridical. The result of this research is that the BPN of Sragen Regency issued an announcement Number: 663 / Peng-33.14.UP.04.04 / IV / 2020 in providing services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this research is that the BPN of Sragen Regency performs online services by providing services that can be accessed through the website that has been provided, so that the services at BPN Kabputen Sragen are in accordance with the Govermnont Letter from the Minister of ATR and BPN Number: 2 /SE-100.TU.03/III/2020 Concerning Follow Up Efforts to Prevent the Spread of 2019 COVID-19 in the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency.

Abstrak

Pendemi Covid-19 yang berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan publik hampir di semua sektor tidak terkecuali layanan di Kantor BPN Kabupaten Sragen; tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tentang : penyelenggaraan pelayanan pendaftaran Tanah di Kantor BPN Kabupaten Sragen selama pendemi COVID-19 dan keringanan dalam melakukan pengurusan di BPN selama pendemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yaitu yuridis normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah BPN Kabupaten Sragen menerbitkan pengumuman Nomor : 663/Peng-33.14.UP.04.04/IV/2020 dalam melakukan pelayanan di masa pendemi covid-19. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah BPN Kabupaten Sragen melakukan pelayanan secara online dengan menyediakan layanan yang dapat diakses melalui website yang telah disediakan, sehingga pelayanan di BPN Kabputen Sragen telah sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Menteri Agraria dan tata ruang/Kepala BPN No: 2/SE-100.TU.03/III/2020 mengenai Tindak Lanjut Upaya Pencegahan Penyebaran CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) di Lingkungan Kementrian ATR dan BPN.
