Call for Paper (Vol 19 No 2 November 2024)
NUSA Journal is a national journal accredited by Sinta Kemristekdikti published by the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Diponegoro University. NUSA Journal accepts and publishes articles on Indonesian Literature, Language Studies, Theoretical Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, and Regional Literature. In one year the Nusa Journal is published 2 times: May and November.
 

Articles submitted to this journal will go through 2 review stages, namely pre-review and substance review.

A pre-review of the article is carried out by the editorial team to see the suitability of the article with the focus and scope of the journal as well as the literary style and special writing instructions. Checking for plagiarism elements is carried out through searches on Google Scholar and Turnitin. The pre-review time is between 1-2 weeks.

Every article submitted to the editorial staff will be selected through a Preliminary Review process by the Editorial Board. Then, the article will be sent to Mitra Bestari / peer reviewer and will proceed to the next selection using the Single Blind Peer Review Process. After that, the article will be returned to the author for revision. This process takes one month (four weeks) maximum time. In each manuscript, Bebestari Partners / peer reviewers will be assessed from substantial and technical aspects. Bestari Partners / peer reviewers who collaborate with Nusa: Journal of Language and Literature are experts in the field of Language and Literature and surrounding issues. They are experienced in prestigious journals and publications spread throughout the country and abroad.

The decision whether or not an article is accepted for publication is the authority of the Chief Editor based on recommendations from the reviewers. Articles that have been declared accepted and have been layout will be published in the In Progress number in the next number before the regular number is published according to schedule so that they can immediately be indexed and cited.
