The data analysis used in this study involves the Pearson product-moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 27, as well as thematic analysis to identify themes derived from the collection of interview data and observations regarding students' confidence in speaking skills. The findings of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient between variable X (Students’ Self-Confidence) and variable Y (Speaking Skills) is (0.448) > r table (0.308) with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05. It indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, indicating a significant positive correlation between speaking skills and student confidence, and the underlying students’ perceived factors associated with students’ self-confidence in speaking skills among the tenth-grade students of TJKT program at SMK Muhammadiyah Sampang are students' psychological aspects, speaking competency, the impact of social environments, and the learning system. }, issn = {23380683}, pages = {29--45} doi = {10.14710/parole.v16i2.29-45}, url = {https://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/parole/article/view/85072} }
