Findings: The results show that the Indonesian version of IPP30 demonstrates content validity and response process validity, supporting its use to measure the impostor phenomenon in Indonesia. Both validity evidences obtained can serve as an initial basis for testing this scale on a larger sample to verify its psychometric properties.
