Setelah islam datang kepelosok daerah jawa budaya merti dusun mengalami akulturasi dengan budaya islam. Tradisi ini juga mengandung nilai moral-nasional hingga spiritual dalam hal budaya. Kajian nilai keislaman juga banyak mempengaruhi tradisi ini hingga banyak memunculkan keunikan meski sudah terakulturasi dengan zaman dan modernisasi. Dilihat dari sudut pandang hukum positif, tidak ada larangan pemerintah untuk melakukan upacara adat ini karena dalam tatanan hukum materil, hukum adat sangat dihargai dan tidak di tumpang tindihkan kedalam hukum positif di Indonesia. Kekentalan solidaritas masyarakat menjadikan mereka tetap melakukan tradisi ini meski ini harus merogoh kantong yang lumayan banyak. Indonesia sangat kaya akan budaya yang dikolaborasikan dengan agama, zaman maupun keadaan. Abstract Merti Hamlet is a cultural heritage that existed before Islam came to Doplang Hamlet. They interpret this tradition as a pleasure of gratitude for the provision of natural products and welfare received by the community. After Islam, came to the corners of the Javanese culture of Merti, an acculturation village with Islamic culture. This tradition also contains national-moral to spiritual values in terms of culture. The study of Islamic values also influenced this tradition so much that it gave rise to its uniqueness as if it was acculturated with the times and modernization. From a positive legal perspective, there is no government prohibition on carrying out this traditional ceremony because in the material legal order, customary law is very important and is not overlapped through positive law in Indonesia. The thickness of the community's solidarity makes them continue to carry out this tradition because it must reach quite a lot of pockets.
