Abstract

This research study aimed to determine the influence of customer value, experiential
marketing, trust toward customer satisfaction of Hotel Pondok Tingal Magelang. A
sample of this study is 100 customers. The technique used in sampling is purposive
sampling. The results of this study showed that customer value, experiential marketing,
trust toward customer satisfaction have been effect on positive and significant .Customer
value represent most dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction.
