Indikator Penentu Kepuasan Dalam Penilaian Kota Layak Huni Menggunakan Metode Important Performance Analysis

Abstract
Membangun kota yang layak huni telah menjadi tujuan penting akibat dampak dari urbanisasi yang terjadi pada kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Upaya untuk mengukur kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kota layak huni di kota-kota besar tersebut bermanfaat untuk perencanaan dan perancangan kota serta untuk pembuatan kebijakan mengenai pembangunan kota layak huni kedepannya. Namun demikian bukti ilmiah tentang seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kota layak huni yang mereka tempati masih belum banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis indikator penentu kepuasan dalam menilai kota layak huni dengan mengambil objek kota Semarang dengan  menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis. Temuan penelitian memberikan penjelasan bahwa tingkat kepuasan responden terhadap status kota Semarang sebagai kota layak huni secara total sebesar 64,61%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dari 30 indikator kota layak huni, terdapat 11 indikator dengan prioritas tinggi dengan kinerja kepuasan rendah dan menjadi prioritas perhatian pemerintah kota Semarang.
