Penapisan fitokimia simplisia kering diketahui bahwa terdapat senyawa golongan alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan steroid. Hasil karakterisasi dengan menggunakan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis menghasilkan panjang gelombang maksimal pada 338 nm. Analisis menggunakan FTIR terdapat gugus C-N, C=O amida, C=C aromatik, C-O eter, dan C-H alifatik. Analisis menggunakan LC-MS diperoleh berat molekul sebesar 286,28 g/mol [M+H] + . Berdasarkan data-data dari hasil tersebut diduga dalam isolat murni mengandung senyawa piperin (C 17 H 19 NO 3 ).}, issn = {2597-9914}, pages = {58--62} doi = {10.14710/jksa.19.2.58-62}, url = {https://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/ksa/article/view/18790} }
