Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber daya lamun dan pola pemanfaatannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Pengambilan data lamun menggunakan transek kuadrat berukuran 50x50cm dan pengambilan data sosial dengan metode wawancara menggunakan kuesioner di dua desa di Perairan Mlonggo Kabupaten Jepara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada empat jenis lamun yang ditemukan diantaranya Enhalus acoroides Thalassia. Hemprichii, Oceana serrulata, Cymodocea rotundata. Nilai tutupan kondisi lamun di Kabupaten Jepara termasuk dalam kategori jarang yaitu dengan nilai tutupan 20,86% di Desa Jambu dan 22,18% di Desa Mororejo. Pola pemanfaatan ekosistem lamun di Desa Jambu dan Mororejo, Kecamatan Mlonggo Kabupaten Jepara memiliki pola pemanfaatan ekosistem lamun yang sama, yaitu ekosistem lamun menjadi tempat untuk nelayan tradisional menangkap biota laut kemudian hasil tangkapannya dijual sebagai sumber pendapatan dan juga sebagian dari hasil tangkapannya di konsumsi pribadi. Mayoritas nelayan tradisional memanfaatkan lamun untuk menangkap ikan dan rajungan, dengan menggunakan alat tangkap jaring dan anco. This study aims to identify seagrass resources and their utilization patterns. The method used in this research is survey method. Seagrass data were collected using a 50x50cm quadratic transect and social data were collected using an interview method using a questionnaire in two villages in the Mlonggo Waters of Jepara Regency. The pattern of seagrass ecosystem utilization in Jambu and Mororejo Villages, Mlonggo District, Jepara Regency has the same seagrass ecosystem utilization pattern, namely the seagrass ecosystem becomes a place for traditional fishermen to catch marine biota then the catch is sold as a source of income and also some of the catch is for personal consumption. The majority of fishermen utilize seagrass to catch fish and crab with nets and anco fishing gear. }, issn = {2549-0885}, pages = {52--58} doi = {10.14710/ijfst.20.2.52-58}, url = {https://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/saintek/article/view/65566} }
