Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi KB IUD pada Peserta KB non IUD di Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang

ABSTRAK
Pemakaian KB IUD di Kota Semarang mengalami penurunan, dimana angka penurunan terbanyak ditemukan di Kecamatan Pedurungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan KB IUD dari peserta KB non IUD. Penelitian ini berjenis observasional dengan metode survey dan pendekatan crossectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner pada 118 responden di Kelurahan Kalicari dan Pedurungan Tengah. Selain itu juga dilakukan wawancara mendalam pada 17 orang yakni 2 pasang peserta KB non IUD, 2 KB IUD, dan 2 yang pernah menggunakan IUD, 2 bidan senior dan 1 bidan yunior, 1 bidan dan 1 dokter puskesmas. Sebagian besar responden berusia dewasa muda (76,4%), berpendidikan dasar (64,4%), pekerjaan sebagai ibu rumah tangga (68,6%), dengan pendapatan dibawah UMR (53,4%). Responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik sebesar 56,8%, persepsi terhadap biaya IUD mahal sebesar 53,4%, rasa kurang aman sebesar 50,8%, nilai yang kurang positif yakni adanya perasaan malu dengan cara pemasangan IUD sebesar 38,1%, informasi KB IUD kurang cukup sebesar 59,3%, kualitas pelayanan KB baik sebesar 55,9%.

ABSTRACT
Use of KB IUD Contraception into Non Acceptor KB IUD; KB IUD KB IUD usage in Semarang decreased, which decreased the number found in most Sub Pedurungan. This study aimed to determine the factors correlation with use of KB IUD of family planning services than non-participants KB IUD. This study was observational manifold with sectional survey method and approach. Data were collected by interview using a questionnaire on 118 respondents. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted on 17 participants of the two pairs of non-IUD KB, 2 KB IUD, and two who had used the IUD, two senior midwives and a junior midwife, a midwife and a doctor’s clinic. Most respondents aged young adults (76.4%), elementary education (64.4%), occupation as housewife (68.6%), with incomes below the minimum wage (53.4%). Respondents who have a poor knowledge of 56.8%, the perception of the expensive cost of 53.4% IUD, feeling unsafe at 50.8%, i.e. positive values less ashamed of feeling the way the installation of an IUD at 38.1%, lack of adequate family planning information IUD at 59.3%, and good quality family planning services at 55.9%.
