Kecamatan Bener menjadi kecamatan dengan anemia ibu hamil tertinggi di Kabupaten Purworejo pada tahun 2020. Penanggulangan dan pengobatan ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia dilakukan dengan mengonsumsi TTD. Kepatuhan ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia dalam mengonsumsi TTD menjadi kunci keberhasilan pengobatan. Puskesmas Bener sebagai distributor TTD tidak dapat menjamin kepatuhan konsumsi TTD pada ibu hamil dengan anemia. Puskesmas Bener telah melakukan KIE berupa edukasi oleh konselor, kelas ibu hamil serta pemasangan poster di ruang tunggu pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Health Belief Model sebagai dasar analisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi TTD pada ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bener. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain peneltiian cross sectional . Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total populasi dengan jumlah sampel 54 ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan April – Juni 2022 dan dianalisis dengan uji hubungan spearman’s rho. Hasil: Mayoritas responden patuh mengonsumsi TTD (92,6%). Hasil uji menunjukkan variabel yang memengaruhi kepatuhan konsumsi TTD ialah perceived severity ( p-value 0,006) , perceived barriers ( p-value 0,001) , self-efficacy ( p-value 0,001) dan cues to action ( p-value 0,004) . Variabel perceived susceptibility ( p-value 0,417) dan perceived benefit (p-value 0,262) tidak memengaruhi kepatuhan konsumsi TTD pada ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia. Simpulan: Perceived severity, perceived barriers, self-efficacy dan cues to action menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan TTD pada ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia. Purworejo Regency became the Regency with the lowest coverage of giving iron tablets in Central Java Province in 2019. Bener District became the sub-district with the highest anemia for pregnant women in Purworejo Regency in 2020. Management and treatment of pregnant women with anemia is done by consuming iron tablets. Compliance of pregnant women with anemia in taking iron tablets is the key to successful treatment. Bener Health Center as a distributor of iron tablets cannot guarantee compliance with iron supplements consumption for pregnant women with anemia. The Bener Health Center has carried out IEC in the form of education by counselors, classes for pregnant women and posters in the patient waiting room. This study uses the Health Belief Model theory as the basis for analyzing the factors that influence adherence to iron tablets consumption in pregnant women with anemia in the Bener Health Center Work Area. Methods : The study used a cross sectional research design. The sampling technique used was the total population of 54 pregnant women with anemia. The study was conducted from April to June 2022 and analyzed by using the Spearman's Rho test. Results : The majority of respondents complied with taking blood-added tablets (92.6%). The test results show that the variables that affect compliance with blood-added tablets are perceived severity (p-value 0.006), perceived barriers (p-value 0.001), self-efficacy (p-value 0.001) and cues to action (p-value 0.004). The variables perceived susceptibility (p-value 0.417) and perceived benefit (p-value 0.262) did not affect the compliance of blood-added tablet consumption in pregnant women with anemia. Conclusion : perceived severity, perceived barriers, self-efficacy and cues to action are variables that affect adherence to blood-added tablets in pregnant women with anemia.
