Pengambilan data lapangan dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Maret 2019 sebagai uji akurasi. Pengambilan data lapangan dilakukan di 7 stasiun 3 kali pengulangan dengan waktu pagi siang dan malam. Analisa akurasi data dilakukan dengan pendekatan standart error (SE) sedangkan status trofik dengan Metode Indeks Carlson. Hasil yang diperoleh untuk uji akurasi (SE) setiap variabel yaitu : kecerahan 0,163, total fosfor 0,882 dan klorofil-a 1,011, nilai kecerahan berkisar antara 0,4 – 1 meter, nilai total fosfor berkisar antara 0,01 – 0,2 µg/l dan nilai klorofil-a berkisar antara 0,1 – 1,2 µg/l. Nilai status trofik Carlson Waduk Jatibarang berdasarkan pengolahan data satelit sentinel 2A berkisar 48,46 – 59,58 dan nilai TSI tertinggi berada pada titik 4 pada inlet Waduk Jatibarang. Secara keseluruhan tingkat kesuburan waduk Jatibarang termasuk kedalam mesotrofik sampai eutrofik ringan. The monitoring of water quality can be known in various ways one of which is by the trophic status analysis. The purpose of this study were to know the water quality parameters including brightness, phosphorus and chlorophyll-a and to determine the distribution of trophic status in the Jatibarang Reservoir. This research uses descriptive method, with Sentinel-2A Satellite imagery data recorded on March 4, 2019 to determine trophic status by processing using the ErMapper application as well as the brightness, total phosphorus, and chlorophyll-a algorithms. Field data collected on March 26, 2019 as an accuracy test. Field data retrieval was done at 7 stations and with 3 repetitions in the morning afternoon and evening time. Data accuracy analysis was done by standard error (SE) while trophic status by Carlson Index Method. The results obtained for testing the accuracy (SE) of each variable were: brightness 0.163, total phosphorus 0.882 and chlorophyll-a 1.011, brightness ranged from 0.4-1 meters, total phosphorus ranged between 0.01 - 0.2 µg / l and chlorophyll-a ranged from 0.1 - 1.2 µg / l.
