Abstract

Peningkatan pemulihan setelah seksio sesarea (Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery/ERACS) ialah sistem berbasis bukti untuk memperbaiki luaran pascaoperasi, pemulihan fungsional ibu, serta mempercepat lamanya perawatan di rumah sakit. Prinsip-prinsip ini melibatkan intervensi yang mencakup periode preoperasi, intraoperasi, dan pascaoperasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membuat telaah kritis untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan metode ERACS dapat memberikan perbaikan terhadap lamanya perawatan di rumah sakit, waktu mobilisasi pascaoperasi, kembalinya fungsi usus/saluran cerna, dan kondisi bebas nyeri.

Dengan melibatkan pasien sejak sebelum operasi, tujuan ERACS dapat tercapai dan dapat mengatasi kebutuhan pasien yang mungkin berisiko lebih tinggi mengalami komplikasi.
